There’s nothing we love more than a pervy glimpse into a celeb’s home. Which is why our excitement levels went into overdrive at the news Kirsten Dunst is renting out her luxe Soho penthouse. Because, you know, she probably needs the extra cash. Want to lease it? You’ll need a spare $12,500. A month.
The two bedroom, one bathroom apartment comes fully or partially furnished (yes, Kirsten could’ve touched the things in this home!) and comes complete with views of the Hudson River. The actress bought her pad in 2007, and we’re assuming her renting it out is a sign she could be upgrading to another dwelling with BF Garrett Hedlund – watch this space.
While her home boasts modern appliances, it definitely oozes an antique feel. We have to say we certainly love Kirsten Dunst a little bit more after spying her well-stocked bookshelf, rustic lamps and cute check-covered chairs.
