Death of father al-Habib Umar
He died after eight days of arriving in the village of al-Huraidzah. Al-Habib Umar often visited Wadi al-Qasar Amed and to invite residents to the path of God and to unite people in dispute between them. Al-Habib Umar always encourage people to diligently work deeds of worship and attending Friday prayers and Jama'ah, he always advocated good deeds and prohibiting unjust deeds. When the woman owner of the property died, then diwasiatkan treasure was given to him, but he would not accept it until after clarifying redha heirs of the will treasure ".
Mentioned by Sheikh Ali ibn Salim al-Junaid, that his father named Salim never borrowed a donkey for vehicles to travel Habib Umar would go to the village Lahrum. Tawadhu sense 'al-Habib Umar al-Attas

Narrated by Sheikh Muhammad Ibn 'Abd al Kabir Baqais: "At a time when Habib Umar called for peace in the Arab tribes gently, then they reject it with a rough way that he threw his prayer beads between them. With the power of God, prayer beads that change seemed to be a large snake crawling between them that seek refuge in front of him. Then they apologized from Habib Umar and receive calls for peace.

Death of father al-Habib Umar
He died after eight days of arriving in the village of al-Huraidzah. Narrated by Sheikh Muhammad Ibn 'Abd al Kabir Baqais: "At a time when Habib Umar called for peace in the Arab tribes gently, then they reject it with a rough way that he threw his prayer beads between them. With the power of God, prayer beads that change seemed to be a large snake crawling between them that seek refuge in front of him. Then they apologized from Habib Umar and receive calls for peace.

Al-Habib Umar bin Hussein al-Attas: "When the eve of his death, my father repeating verses of poetry al-Faqih Umar Bamahramah:

"Someone sometimes charitable virtues up between him and heaven only live span, but in the provisions of the divine, he is designated as the inhabitants of Hell, so he did the deeds of charity dwellers of Hell, until he went into Hell. Someone sometimes charitable crimes up between him and Hell just stayed span, but in the divine decree, he was assigned as prospective residents of heaven, until he went into heaven ".
Habib Umar's comments: "A person who is always doing good deeds expert heaven, kebanyakkannya will enter into heaven, because actions are the epitome act lahiriyah batiniyah. Habib Umar said: "In the past among men, no one came to bring complete with oil lamps and the matches that the preparations are complete, so that the teacher can turn. But now, many of which came to his teacher, but they do not carry any teacher can turn ".

Habib Umar said: "Dates or cucumber from lawful sources better than mush meat from doubtful sources".

One day, when many people are saying condolences to Habib Umar on the death of his son he was young, then he said with an expression that was filled with astonished: "How lightly calamity in religion according to you, but you never condolences if I delayed prayer congregation at prayer late means more worthy to be sad over someone kewafatan small children ".
When he heard the admiration of some people who witnessed the sanctity person's guardian, then he said: "Surely it is only God's grace that gave slave".
When it was mentioned to him: "Why dialect language is not changed, when you have a long stay at the top of Hadramaut?" Habib Umar replied: "A language is a dialect change of less intellect".

He encourages everyone who has mengkhatamkan reading the Koran which is intended for the souls of those who have died, should he read Tahlil that is to say La ilaha Illallah how much he wants, then continued Subhaanallahi Wabihamdi some much he wants, then followed by reading laailaha Illallah Muhammadur Prophet 3 times by extending the reading, then should he say Solawat 3 times that is cor Solli 'Alaa Habibika Sayyidina Muhammadin Wa alihi Wa Shohbihi Wasallim, then should he say Ya Rasulullah' Alaika Salam Ya Rasulullah Salamun Fi Salamin 'Alaika 3 times, after which it should read al-Fatiha 1 times, the letter al-Ikhlas 11 times, the letter al-Falaq 1 times, an-Naas 1 times, verse Chair 1 times, the final letter of al Baqarah 1 times and the letter al-Qadar first time with the intention presented the reward to the souls destination ".
